Privacy & Data

Directly from you, tied to your account:

• Email, name, and password (or your Google/LinkedIn/Apple identity, if you sign in that way)
• Resumes you upload, and the text extracted from them
• Your AI Profile: salary expectations, location/remote preferences, skills, and application-form answers (phone, address, work authorization). Demographic fields (gender, veteran status, disability status, race/ethnicity) are entirely optional, standard EEOC self-identification questions — leaving them blank just means the extension skips those form fields instead of guessing.
• Jobs you save, your AI match scores, application history, saved screening-question answers, and mock interview sessions

Every AI action (scoring a job, writing a cover letter, tailoring a resume, mock interview feedback, ATS check, LinkedIn optimization) is a single, independent request to our AI provider — it has no memory of any other request, yours or anyone else's. Nothing is fed into your prompts except data pulled from your own account for that one action.

Your resumes, application history, AI profile, saved answers, and mock interview sessions are private to your account — every request is authenticated and every query is scoped to your user ID.

One exception: analyzed jobsare a shared pool of scraped job postings, not private per-account data. If you or another user saves the same public job listing, it's the same underlying record — same as the posting being public on LinkedIn or Greenhouse in the first place. Your score, application status, and notes on that job stay private to you. This pool is also capped to the 50 most recently analyzed postings — older ones are deleted automatically unless someone has applied to them.

Site administrators (a small, explicitly-granted role) can view account information for support purposes — this access is logged in an internal audit trail, not silent. We don't sell or share your data with third parties beyond the AI provider processing needed to run the features above.

You can delete individual resumes, applications, saved answers, and job feed entries yourself at any time from the dashboard. To delete your entire account, contact the site administrator.

The Chrome extension only runs on the job sites it's built for (LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever, Microsoft Careers, Amazon Jobs, or a page you explicitly ask it to analyze) and only reads the job posting on the page — it doesn't track your browsing elsewhere.
